ERGAF-AFRICA is a not-for-profit organization focused on data-driven civic leadership, policy research, and citizen engagement. Our core mission is to strengthen democracy, legislative governance, and public policy knowledge across Africa.

At ERGAF-AFRICA, we are dedicated to advancing best practices in legislative governance, policy research, public sector governance, citizen engagement, youth development, and leadership. We employ innovative data-driven strategies and unique knowledge-sharing methods to support teaching and learning.

To achieve these objectives, we leverage strategic collaborations and innovative approaches to drive social solutions. We advocate for evidence-based policies, create data-driven resources, and empower citizens through targeted capacity-building initiatives.

Our work also includes building the capacities of legislators, aspiring legislators, legislative committees, youth, students, policymakers, institutions, and professional bodies, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and cultural tools needed to navigate the complex dynamics in legislative governance, public institutions, and policy general policy environment.

We do this by employing data modeling, conducting strategic training, convening policy discussions, offering technical support and advisory services, and advocating for systemic change.

Through national and international partnerships, combined with a keen understanding of local contexts, ERGAF-AFRICA aims to inspire transformative changes in legislative governance.
