ERGAF AFRICA Project Hope Alive Impact Report

Project Hope Alive (2016–2024)
Born as a grassroots NYSC initiative, Project Hope Alive has grown into a nationwide social-impact organization dedicated to closing the education access gap and uplifting marginalized communities in Nigeria.

Over nine years, it has become a platform for education advocacy, youth empowerment, civic engagement, and social justice, serving over 10,000 children in underserved areas through scholarships, mentorship, educational campaigns, and learning support.

Rooted in Agenda 2063, the Child Rights Act 2003, and aligned with ACERWC standards, the initiative has influenced legislation, fostered dialogue between children and policymakers, and led creative campaigns like the African Child Drama Series and Walk for Literacy, sparking national awareness and action.

Beyond advocacy, it has distributed essential supplies, restored schools, and promoted civic education, addressing both immediate and systemic issues.

Strategic partnerships with NASS, NILDS, AU ECOSOC, Ministries of Youth and Education, MTN, CODE, Project Pink Blue, and others have expanded its reach and credibility.

Despite funding and logistical challenges, Project Hope Alive has demonstrated resilience through community ownership, data-driven programs, and innovation, positioning it for sustainable growth and deeper impact in the years ahead.
